Domko is a non-commercial site that shows, in one place, the basic facts of real-estate listings from other Serbian sites and sends you to the original. By using the site you accept the points below.
What Domko is, and what it is not
- Domko is an index: it does not publish listings, does not broker sales or rentals and is not a party to any deal. Every listing links to the site it was published on — that is where the full description, photos and the advertiser's contact are.
- The data is collected automatically and may be incomplete or out of date: the price may have changed, the listing may be gone, the map position is approximate. Check the original site before making any decision.
- The site is offered "as is", with no guarantee that it will always work or be accurate. We are not liable for damage caused by relying on data from the site.
Account
- The account is free and personal. One person — one account. You keep your own password; do not share it.
- You can delete your account whenever you like, yourself, from the "Account" page. We may delete an account that abuses the site (e.g. guessing other people's passwords, automated downloading).
What is not allowed
- Mass automated downloading of the site's content, intrusion attempts, guessing other people's passwords and anything that burdens the site or other users.
- Presenting data from Domko as your own, or reselling it commercially.
Source sites
- Listings belong to the sites they were published on and to their advertisers. We keep only the basic facts and a link, and send visitors back to the source.
- If you own a source site and do not want your listings in the index, get in touch (the contact address will be published soon) and we will remove them.
Changes
We may change these terms; the date of the last change is at the top. Significant changes will be announced on the site.
